Mistuit de privelisti si dor.
Inerzesc, si spre tine-mi inclin
Ramul meu de artar fosnitor
Cand de vant ma-nfior leganat
Rugaciuni iti soptesc, ca sa vii.
Pe obrazu-mi spre cer inaltat
Lacrimi mici siroiesc bucurii.
Te astept sub umbrarul meu des
Iar tu vii si tristetii ma smulgi,
Si cu verde-ti podoaba veghezi
Gandul bun si visarile dulci
Iti soptesc visul meu de artar
Si iti cant din laute pe foi
Pana cand stelele-n bolta rasar...

Ma simt pierdut intr-un pustiu
Din care nu mai pot sa ies
Nici nu mai stiu daca sunt viu
Dar spune-mi tu:chiar sunt?Traiesc?
O, Doamne, unde esti acum?
Te strig, mi-aud ecou-n vant...
Ma simt asa de-atras de-alt drum
Si-am numai lucruri rele-n gand!
Doamne, te strig, alerg spre Tin'
Ajuta-ma sa ma indrept!
Nu mai suport acest greu chin,
